What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms or when you contact us, such as your name, telephone number, email address, property details, the details of your enquiry and, for maintenance reports, your address, room number and any photographs you upload.
How we use it
- To respond to landlord enquiries and discuss our management services (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract).
- To respond to accommodation enquiries and arrange viewings (steps before entering a contract).
- To arrange repairs and manage tenancies (performance of a contract and legal obligations).
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed: for example with contractors carrying out repairs, with the landlord of the property, with referencing providers and deposit protection schemes, or where required by law. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes form submissions and email on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep general enquiries for up to 12 months. Information relating to tenancies and repairs is kept for as long as necessary to manage the tenancy and meet our legal obligations, normally up to six years after the tenancy ends.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use strictly necessary technical information to tell people and automated programs apart.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, please contact us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
